What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a principal instrument for relaxation and alleviating anxiety. It helps tranquilize both the mind and body, giving a useful ‘rest’. In some cases hypnotherapy can be done by a clinical hypnotherapist. A lot of people fix their problems such as fear of height or darkness by going to hypnotherapy sessions and it works! Within a few sessions the same person does not feel afraid of what was scaring him or her to death before and it is the power of hypnotherapy.

It can be costly to hire a clinical hypnotherapist, and you might not always have one around when you would like to de-stress. Good news for you: it’s possible to do self hypnosis, and attract things that you want to your life.

By doing hypnotherapy, you remember the event that led to the first reaction, separate the memory from the learned behavior, and replace unhealthy behaviors with new, healthier ones.

What is a trance?

A trance is a heightened state of attention where your body is more open to suggestion. You have experienced trances many times without even knowing it!

For example: when you are watching a good movie. You become less aware of things around you and may respond to what is happening on the screen. You might feel scared or if you feel bad for a character you might cry, but yet you are in control of the situation.

Another example is when you daydream. Eventually you are aware of where you are and what you are doing, but at the same time you are focused on the experience.

What exactly is self-hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a process that increases communication between your mind and body. Self hypnosis is the greatest method known to bypass the interference and resistance of the aware mind and implant instructions directly into the Subconscious mind.

You can use self hypnosis techniques at home on a daily basis by yourself to get rid of stress and or by reprogramming your subconscious mind to achieve things you desire in your life. Whether it is more income, or the love of your life that you want to find in life, or if you need to get over bad habits such as over eating or quitting smoking that make your life miserable you can use self hypnosis to change all the bad habits with good and also get the right direction of what you need to do to get what you want in life.
